My weekend recommendations 4. – 6. September
There is always something happening in and around Engelberg, but each week I like to pick a few things that I personally think are worth highlighting.
For the coming weekend, these are my three recommendations:
Friday – Live music at Bänklialp
Start the weekend with a relaxed evening at Bänklialp. With its beautiful location, it is a lovely place to enjoy some live music and a cosy alpine atmosphere.
Saturday – Market in the village
On Saturday, take a stroll through the local market in Engelberg. You’ll find seasonal produce, local products and plenty of that small-village atmosphere that makes Engelberg special.
Sunday – Brunch at Brunnihütte
For Sunday, I would head up the mountain for brunch at Brunnihütte. Good food, fresh mountain air and beautiful views make it a perfect slow Sunday activity — whether you combine it with a walk or simply stay and enjoy the surroundings.
