The idea
You can't be in fifteen places at once.
If a travel company sells fifteen destinations, having your own representative in every one of them simply isn't realistic.
Relocation, accommodation, contracts, seasonal recruitment, training — all of that, for one person, in one valley, for a few months of the year. So most destinations end up with nobody on the ground, and the guest ends up with a phone number in another country.

About me
Hello — I'm Winnie.
Danish, based permanently in Engelberg, with my own office here.
My background is guest service and hospitality. I've run a rental property in Engelberg from first enquiry to check-out, worked front of house with Danish and international hotel guests in Copenhagen, and coordinated partner relations and hospitality events for a Danish Superliga football club — including project managing a Copenhagen concert for around 15,000 people.
What ties it together is simple: people arrive, something needs sorting, and somebody has to stay calm and take responsibility. That's the part I'm good at.

These are from guests who stayed at my rental apartment in Engelberg. Different setting — same job: make people feel genuinely looked after.
Winnie is a top class host who made us feel right at home. Winnie met us to check in and offered to buy us a few groceries in case we checked in late. It was the best place we stayed in during an 8-day holiday around Switzerland.
Winnie is by far the best host I have ever met in the last 4 years. She is very kind and left a personal note for my family with local chocolate on the table. Everything is perfect to the core.
I think I never had a better host than Winnie. We got a warm welcome, she helped us find a nice restaurant, she's very kind and she's very attentive.
When we entered the apartment we found a huge Toblerone with a note, and also bread and salami for dinner — despite the fact that we had booked at the last minute. Seeing this level of hospitality in such a short span of time was very touching.
Es war alles super, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Winnie ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
We stayed at Winnie's place for one night and she was very responsive, friendly and welcoming. Location is the best one if you are looking for a Mt. Titlis trip.
